How each bag is made

Three phases, one bag at a time

Phase one

Fabric selection

Each order begins with choosing the canvas weight and color. The cloth is checked for an even weave before it is cut to the pattern for the chosen size.

Phase two

Custom stitchwork

Custom details such as handle placement, pocket layout, and stitch pattern are sewn to the specifications on the order. Seams are kept straight and visible.

Phase three

Final assembly

Base panels are reinforced, hardware is fitted, and each bag is inspected before it is packed for dispatch to customers across Wyoming.

Materials and standards

Heavy canvas, reinforced where it counts

The shell is a heavy duck canvas, chosen for its density and its ability to hold shape under everyday loads. Base panels are reinforced so the bag keeps its footprint when it is filled and set down.

Hardware is solid and thread is selected for endurance. Each custom detail is specified on the order and built exactly to that specification, so what you ordered is what arrives.
